0 comments June 29, 2011

Update #7 on my nutrition and weight-loss journey, in partnership with my GREAT Blog Sponsors Mission4Nutrition. I’m in the weight-loss phase of the Herbalife Program. During this part of the program, I’m doing what they call the “3 Cup Plan”. I have 2 Formula 1 Shakes a day, one for breakfast, and one for lunch, with a colorful meal for dinner, plus a couple of light snacks during the day. Breakfast for me is “3 Cups”, and also includes some of the other core nutrition products from Herbalife. Cup 1: I start with Herbal Aloe Concentrate [...]

Weigh-In Wednesday: Week 6 – Measuring Up

Here we are at week #6! This journey to better health through better nutrition is made possible because of my WONDERFUL Blog Sponsors Mission4Nutrition. One of my goals when I started this challenge was to look and feel better.  That shows up in different ways, not just in smaller numbers on the scale.  I may have mentioned before that I feel less ‘lumpy’, and my hubby is definitely noticing the difference.  He says I just look more trim.  That’s what I’m talking about! Weigh-In Wednesday: Week 3 – Herbalife Shakes

Week 3 of my personal nutrition and fitness challenge, brought to you by Mission4Nutrition, my generous and gracious Blog Sponsors. I don’t like things that are difficult to do.  Most of us don’t.  And for many, tackling a nutrition and fitness challenge, or a weight loss challenge, might seem pretty difficult.  There are old bad habits to break, new good habits to form, and new things to learn.  For me, so far, Herbalife hasn’t been difficult at all! Perhaps because I already have had to learn a lot about metabolism and carb/protein intake, this way of [...]
